I agree with you. I worked for Steria and no one care for any employees. The management is busy in politics and do not care for what job is done by whom and at the last classify employees like commodities Work Horses, Star Performer and so on..The company has no mechanism to measure performance. The transport has always been pathetic with Steria. Earlier we were in Sector 57, Noida, where they have shifted now?
