State bank of india is the largest bank but in the process of their success, I guess they have totally forgotten the idea about behaving nicely with their customers. It so happend with me that when I went to my nearest sbi bank to open an account, the man who was incharge of this department totally didnt even talked humbly with me. He was so aggressive and so ill spoken person. And moreover if you do any mistake in any palce of completing the form for anything, then you have to do it all over again. I dont like their services at all. These people, they are so rude to their customers that I cant explain it in words. And I am pretty sure that everyone can relate to what I have written here!
