Its been after a long time I am sharing my experience on this platform as this is the only platform for genuine reviews.
I would like to share my wonderful experience with State Bank of India, Carter Road Branch, Bandra(w), Mumbai which is headed by Mr. Ghodkhande Jayant Vinayakrao. It was only because of Mr. Ghodkhande and his sincere efforts which made my experience unforgettable. Being a government organisation, it was really unbelievable that a Car Loan procedure along with its approval had been completed within a span of 4 days. Proper follow-ups for documents and verification process was completed potentially.
It was an out-and-out experience which I would like to share with all other banks and the people out there who are looking for a car loan. SBI provides you with the minimal rate of interest on car loans and people like Mr. Ghodkhande Jayant Vinayakrao make your experience delightful. Mr. Yashwant Pathak and Mr. Avinash Kamble helped me with all the documentation process under the guidance of Mr. Ghodkhande Jayant Vinayakrao. Hats off to all these people who make this experience customer friendly.
I believe State Bank of India should include more staff like this in their management which will take its relation with customers to a different level.
