However its a good bank have all the facilities for the costumers, but that is not same over everywhere, I am from Bidar(Karnataka, India), and there comes a Santhpur Branch of SBI, You might find Many Branches of SBI everywhere. What I want to say you is, I got a bad service from this bank. however I haven't experienced any other branch Service, but.
Okay, I directly come to point, On 2nd Feb I have tried to draw 2000 at ATM(PET BUILDING MANDYA), but the amount didnt come out of the machine. after 2-3 minutes I tried again then I got money in second time. But, 4000 were deducted. I rised online complaint on 4th feb, they asked me to wait 7 days to get the amount back. after 7 days I didnt get my amount back. I visited the nearer SBI bank, they asked me to visit my home branch, till now I have visited my home branch more than 4 times, which is 960km from the Mandya. for ticket only I had spent about 2000 for those 2000. still I didnt get those amount. in Home branch Manager says like, they didnt get any amount, and I have to visit the respective bank in Mandya itself. I have called costomer service more than 10 times. they are like, complaint is in queue, you need to wait. its been more than 2 months I have been waiting.

So, you people may come across with such situations under SBI service. Beaware of it, SBI make you wander like hell and you can't do anything apart wandering. More than that we can write a review. that's it.
just now I talked with SBI Costomer care, he told me to wait for few more days. hoping to get my amount back.
