Guys I have an account in state bank of India and also in andhra bank, among both the banks I never faced any problem with state bank of india. Even in demonetization time also sbi is the only bank that was actively helping government to spread the new 2000 rupees notes among the people. All the sbi atms are always active in my area, they provide the best service to people. Customer care service is very good. Phone banking is also very good. Internet banking have some problems but better than othe banks.
