Fraud bank. Review on State Bank Of India

I have an account with SBI Malad west mumbai branch and I have a saving bank account .I have requested there for a chequebook on 28 0f May 2 months past I had not received my cheque so I visited the branch on august 29th.the manager of that branch told me it would have given to your neighbours or someone else . iwas really socked to listen such answer .the cheque we need for ous or for neighbours?. Then they asked me to fill the form again for the same and told me there will be no charges for it as I have not received the previous one. But then to I was charged 135 rupees for the same. when I asked the question to the manager of the branch he told this charges are applicable to all and you have to pay yet I have not received my chequebook .this was totally inappropriate and annoying. I had been banking from past 7 years and have saving bank account none of the banks do this and charge customers for the the first chequebook. I want the chargers to be reverted to my account as this is totally fraud with customers.
