It has been many many years since I am using SBI account and I am proud to say that it is my bank. This institution offers marvelous services and good customer case, at least my experience has been so from the time I have been using bank's services.
I have been always guided with good advises from the bank whenever I had seeked for other investments or banking products. Even the people at bank are very supportive and cordial though the customer care counter of the bank is not very good sometimes the calls are not picked up or the appropriate response is not provided.
All I can say is though bank is providing good services but there is scope of improvement.
I would like to recommend this bank.
