I am holding my bank account with SBI since 5 years. One day I had very bad experience with SBI bank for getting internet banking password. I am working in a private company, I have to take leaves from my office and I have to go for my banking services at SBI such as getting internet banking passwords.
One day I went to SBI branch for getting password of internet banking, stood in a long queue since morning 11 am. When my turn comes for getting password, the time is over and they refused to give password to me. I requested a lot to them but they refused. I have also marked that some of the staff members are not coming from lunch break for a long time. They are spending their more time in personal use of mobile.
They are not understanding about customer service.
