State bank of india is one of the greatest bank of india. The policy of the bank and all facilities of the bank is also very good and service is too good.
Phone banking is very easy and usefull for everyone.but some time it go on long hold or waiting, other wise it is a good option for customer help line.
ATM is always working 24*7. I always use sbi ATM. I remember always ATM is very usefull in bad time and always in working positation.
Internet banking is also very smooth. 24*7 working for consumer. Online transation is vey easy and smooth and animations are very attractive.
Customer service always in Polite and usefull. It always help me very very good and use full in bad time and line
