I bank with 5 banks never I faced the issue of net banking.
Now I see worst net banking experience with biggest bank in India.
# I tried registering myself on internet its my mobile number is wrong.
# I tried mobile app its says contact branch
# I go to bank get net banking kit the user id and password is invalid
# I go to bank once again the bank employee given new user Id striking out the userid given in the kit which is private and confidential.
# Now I bring the new user id now its says the password in invalid contact branch,
.
Oh God never expected this from the biggest bank in India.
