"They Treat Customer Like Enemy's". Review on State Bank Of India

One of the worst service in India really worst it's service and I really, realise this things and got reviews from another peoples about "State Bank of India" really really bad service State Bank of India they are always think customer is their enemy's.

I don't know what happened but the always behave rudely their "Clerk", "Cashier" & their "Officer their "Manager", each and every employee think customer is there "Enemy's".

I am from last 10 years customer of State Bank of India and during ten years not at least once time State Bank of India given me good service each and everything they behave with me a rudely, I fight with them about service it's a moral fight but why always they behave like this.

If I have to open any account? they always say no we have network problem we have not available form or go to our SBI service centre or franchise and open from their new account this is account opening.

If I have any issue about debit card they also ignore this issue they said please come after 2 days 1 days after that they also give another reason and ignore me and also another customer simple things they don't like to work cause it's a government bank their salary its fix nobody can cut their salary like private banks so that's why they behave with customers rudely and everytime ignore their work they doing less works and get more salary.

If you want to take any loan from SBI that time also they not will give you any loan if you relation is good with any of employee then it will possible otherwise they don't give any type of loans to strangers for their their customers other thing is if you want to clear any check that time also they will take long time private bank like ICICI Bank, Axis Bank clear your cheque within 1 to 2 days but State Bank of India take more than 5 to 7 days actually it's a 1 to 2 days process but it take more days because of their laziness or don't want to work so due to that reason SBI day to day going to you worwt bank in India.

It's not my statement if you or anyone can do survey of 100 people then in that 90% people said that "State Bank of India", is a worst bank and they also face same problem which I mentioned above.

Also if you have another work in SBI that its passbook printing they also ignored this always said please do your passbook printing via their machines but as usual their most machine are not working more than 80% machines of printing passbook are not workable so from where people got printing their passbook.

Most and important thing is ATM State Bank of India "ATM's", are stop working or in State Bank of India ATM there is "Cash Not available", always this is problem and most of the people face problem when the going to you withdraw any cash from ATM from State Bank of India machines always not work well or "out of service, for cash not available same thing happens more than 60 to 70% time so State Bank of India.

"No need to to work in India or Their employees are not doing their work properly aur management issue management don't it lead Their employees then what is this I really don't understand but really State Bank of India have lots of issues not in one sector.

I am say that State Bank of India is good or not in one each and every service there was I don't want to create rumour about State Bank of India its a reality State Bank of India which I mention and each and every person of India is face problems

most of the problems about "Pension holders", in one month they came only once for their pensions there only one option pensions via manual withdrawal costs as per Indian government to lower their ruled pension to shoulders don't have ATM cards allowed so they have to withdraw their cash from Sbi more than 100 peoples stand in one line there is no availability of there standing heavy summer, weather or any type of weather.

I really feel bad about pension holders they really frustrated because of State Bank of India in SBI employees always behave with pencion holders very rudely don't given their cash withdrawals they have to stand in line 10 to 12 hours after that they will get cash or not it's not decidable due to lazyness of SBI employees.

So I really feel bad from about PH I also have lots of issue with State Bank of India from last 10 years I have account in State Bank of India but they don't give me any type of loan till date and not behabe good with me so this is my experience Of State Bank Of India.
