Dear State Bank Account Holder, I am sharing my experience with you because I am also a State Bank of India account holder. I am sure this problem maybe you faced too like me. Basically , all the ATM is not work properly because of rubbish survice and in the ATM there are no money to withdraw, and second problem is the Banking Officers thinks themselves that Customers are like dastbin and does not solve the problem because few months ago when I transferred my account in my nearest State Bank Of India branch I went my last branch and submitted an application and asked them how long it would take and they answered me within 7 days but after complited 7 days my account was not transferred and I complained again and again by calling to the Head Office number, after 5 times my complaining they took action and transferred my account to my nearest branch.
When I use shopping by use my card sometimes I noticed that it shows 10% cashback but after shopping they do not give cashback. Actually they just tempted by saying that. I am very unhappy from using SBI services. Because they provide worst service.
