IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT SIDNEY SHELDON COULD WRITE SUCH A STUPID NOVEL. WHAT HAPPENED TO SHELDON? THIS NOVEL OFFERS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING INTERESTING. NO TWISTS . NO TURNS. NO SURPRISES.NO ACTION. A COMPLETE BOREDOM. THIS IS THE STORY OF A WOMAN WHO WAS A POOR AND NEGLECTED CHILD. SHE LATER BECOMES A MULTI-MILLIONAIRE DUE TO HER HARD WORK. NOTHING WRONG WITH THE THEME. BUT Mr. SHELDON, SURELY YOU COULD HAVE COME UP WITH SOME INTERESTING TWISTS AND TURNS. WE CAN ALMOST PREDICT WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN NEXT. I COULD HARDLY BELIEVE THAT SIDNEY SHELDON COULD HAVE WRITTEN SUCH A CRAP. THIS NOVEL IS AS GOOD AS A SLEEPING PILL.
