A horrifying experience starting from paying enormus home loan interest rates @13% even in the recent times .
A bank, where you cannot believe if the amount available being shown in your account will be available the next moment or not .
A bank who takes 15 working days - effectively 3 weeks for issuing the preclosure letter .
A bank, who revises the preclosure amount on the last moment to delay the things saying that it is not sure as to when will RBI credit the money against the demand draft submitted .
A bank, who still do not guarantee that the account is closed even after receiving the complete payment and wants to charge the interest till the date it is able to complete its official formalities of closing loan and thus keep on charging the customer for every such increment day .
A bank which lacks transparency - to the tune of 90% - 100% .
At the end, I would say that I will thank God once I am out of the relationship with this bank, no matter how much extra money I have paid atleast a comfort will bethere that I took a sound decison, although after 7 years, but finally got out .
