I took loan on Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card on my previous month outstanding, it was very near to my bill date.
I raised concern to the call center agent as well that I should not be charged for the late payment. He confirmed me that there will not any charges as well, with this confirmation I took loan and it was reflected in my online login as well.
On Payment date I called the call center and confirmed the amount that I need to pay and I payment of the same amount which as informed to me by the call center. Suddenly I received a call from Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card stating that I need to Rs 600 which is outstanding in my credit card. I called call center, explained them the situation and later state that it has been charged incorrectly and they will return the charges back but my concern is not waiving of the charges but my concern is time, money and tension that I have gone through unnecessary and this not happening first time to me. This 2nd time I am facing this kind of issue Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card. This need to resolved in their system to make the customer hassle free.
