St John's hospital is got one of the best Dynamic Insurance Department In-charge. I was made to run around pillar to post to various counters to get my approved done and quires to be answered and the movement I reach a counter they were sending me to another counter typically like a government offices.
I was was in so much of grief and pain and the staff instead of convincing and replying calmly they just raise their voice and send me to the next counter and after running around to all the counters I was finally directed to the insurance in-charge, who greeted me very nicely and calmly not like the other counters and patiently heard my problem.
She imminently took up the challenge and made a call to the some Hospital departments and company to check my approval status and in fact got it approved I can say. what nobody to do entire day other than making me run around the hospital.
She was very professional and dynamic in her approach unlike the other staffs of the hospital. I would the also request the management of the hospital to appoint more staff like which will in turn improve the reputation of the hospital.
