I recently had a rather disappointing experience at Shrishti Motors Dewas Hyundai dealership. Despite the initial positive impressions, the overall service left much to be desired.
Firstly, the staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. There was a lack of clear communication regarding the vehicle's availability and delivery timeline, which led to unnecessary delays and confusion.
Moreover, the customer service was subpar. I encountered indifferent and unresponsive behavior from some of the staff members, which left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
Additionally, the quality of the vehicle inspection and maintenance services was below par. Upon receiving the vehicle, I noticed several issues that should have been addressed during the servicing process.
Overall, my experience at Shrishti Motors Dewas Hyundai dealership was far from satisfactory. I expected better service and professionalism from such a reputed dealership. Needless to say, I will be exploring other options for my future automotive needs.
