Being a devotee of Lord Srinivasa, and being very close to the institution, would like to share some thoughts with you.
I have seen the employees and the doctors who has left this institution with tears on their eyes and curse on their tongue. The reasons for the same are,
The candidates who attend the interview will be be boosted with exaggeration of the institution offering huge pay in future and making them to agree to work for pea nut.
No proof of employment (Appointment letters) are given to any employees.
NO salary slip is given on monthly basis.
No HR department in the whole institution.
If any employee has got any grievance and approaches HO, he/she ll be given brutal treatment.
President or chairmen asks his so called Srinivas Group family members to approach him directly and if they want to meet, such poor people have to wait in his office for hours and days.
Coming to Srinivas Hospital the whole system is a stage for drama.
Pre university qualified reception fellow who is a boot licker of so called small (vice President) and big boss (Chairman) is controlling the whole hospital.( Such people are given more priority)
Adding to above a lady who is more than a vampire (Mrs Arpana Batta) has harrazed almost all the employees and succeeded in attaining a place in management level.
All the equipment in the hospital are too low quality for which adequate bill is supplied. ( The responsible person for this has swallowed crores of ruppeses out of this.
The PRO of the group is the best example for fraud, misrepresentation, exploiting the employees.
The qualified and experienced doctors are treated worse than the housekeeping staffs.
Doctors are facing severe problem in treating the patient because of inadequate equipments.
Its not good to blame any one... but pointing out the mis deeds is must because hundreds of souls has got hurt because of the chairman.
Friends if I go one writing it is endless. The chairman and his team showing off himself as devotee if Lord SRINIVAS are indulged in such a cruel act. I do not know why the lord has told him to make money out of the tears. But the few points said above are true to witness of lotus feet of the Lord. I prayed him to give power these people to come out of the darkness and show them the way of truth. But they don't deserve it and those people will face worse days ahead
