Hi Friends, Today I am going to share my personal experience about the'Sridevi Veg Restaurant' which is located at Santacruz West near Eastern Express Highway. Last year only I went to this hotel with my parents as we are coming back from Juhu Garden. So we got this restaurant near by only, hence we planned to eat there only as from outside this restaurant's infrastructure was so good.
When We went inside then I realized it was not so good family restaurant. Talking about the customer services, staff was not so cooperative and taking too much time to bring the order, in our case they took almost 45 mins to bring the food.
which is so terrible services in this restaurant.
Talking about the food presentation, Food was not so tasty and hygienic and I felt that it was not even fresh also. I thought afternoon food only they gave to us. It was so bad experience for me. Ambiance was not so cool and decent. Parking facility were not provided by the restaurant. Toilet were not cleaned. Food is very costly in this restaurant as compared to other budget restaurants near by only.
Overall its not a worth restaurant to visit here for eating outs and you will not get reasonable value for money. So I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I hope my review will helpful for all to choose proper restaurant in santacruz.
