Season 4 - NOT Cool !!. Review on Splitsvilla

I am 100% sure MTV is run by a bunch of insane people! Normal people just cannot come up with the kind of stuff they come up with! Obviously this channel is not for everyone. Their shows appeal to the youth mostly! One such example is Splitsvilla.. Currently its into its 4th season.

The format of the show is simple, it usually has varying number of guys and girls vying for the attention of one another, there are several tasks and many twists along the way to decide a winner usually a couple, and the winners get to host a show on MTV, cool na?

I thoroughly enjoyed watching season 1(only because the girls had a little self respect), season 2 was okay, was not able to watch season 3 entirely but season 4 has taken the show to an all time low!

Whats different in these shows is that the fights are damn entertaining unlike big boss or other reality shows, the fights are not staged! If you bring so many people with huge egos together there are bound to be fights but you end up laughing at their, well stupidity?

Why I don't find this season cool because in the last episode, what started as a cat fight turned into a violent cheap fight, two of the contestants ended up beating a girl with chappals! And what happened next?

Contestant: humare delhi mein toh aise logon ko aisi hi bolte hai!! (referring to some lame gaali she gave to another contestant)

I am not of a opinion that everything MTV does/shows is cool, clearly this was so uncool and idiotic! The girls seem to have no self respect nor respect for anyone else! Some people can just do anything to get a break! Its clearly apparent in the number of young people trying for roadies and Spiltsvilla!

I wouldn't watch it again because what was at least entertaining has now become incredibly cheap and stupid! So not cool!

Stay Raw MTV, you don't need to go down to such levels, the youth will watch your shows any which ways! :P
