Last but not the least Spiderman is exposed to public….
With all these problems to face I quit the dream of being a hero of any kind .
Once again I hate this ordeal of describing the cast of movie.let me quickly get over with it.
Toby Maguire is spiderman , Kirsten dunst is mary jane , Alfred Molina is the Doc Ock .
The movie is directed by Sam Riami
Ahhh its over finally.
Toby Maguire does complete justice to play a character who is suspended somewhere between being a hero and a guy next door trying hard to survive. The dilemma of choosing between the love of his life and the enormous responsibility which comes with being a hero is very well presented.
Kirsten Dunst doesn’t impress much or may be there is not much scope for her to show her ability.( Or I might be expecting a prettier face)
Alfred Molina plays a good at heart, intelligent, ambitious villain who made mistakes and finally admits his mistake and amend them.
( This character is not as thrilling as the villain of spiderman part 1)
Spiderman’s Aunt I am sorry I don’t know who played this character ,but this is one character in the movie which I would very much like to have for my own aunt or grandma. The serene and pious look on her face is kinda spellbinding.
Overall Impression
The movie starts with good and funny stunt spider man selling pizza . Followed by many funny and thrilling sequences. One worth mentioning and according to me the most hilarious is Spiderman using a lift to reach the ground floor. I still can’t help laughing at the sight of spider man all geared up and standing sheepishly in a lift. End is sort of abrupt but then there wasn’t a real villain to show the resistance.
A few things hard to digest
Well the stunts are pretty good and thrilling ( that’s what its all about), but at some places it is exaggerated .Like the sequence in which spider man stops the train ( there should be some limits for what a hero can do and it should look plausible instead of looking outrageous)
