I travelled for the first time with Spice Jet from Srinagar to Jammu and the flight was below average, seats were uncomfortable with sofa cover on those seats were dirty.
I paid 1200 INR additional for my luggage and when I disembark and checked my American Tourister bag the step was broken, when I filed a compliant at Spice Jet Jammu office they said we can't do anything for this as this could be done by Airport staff.
I am filed a written compliant at Jammu Spice Jet office and looking for compensation of the money that I paid for my luggage security, when you guys take the money for luggage and can't handover it the same way it was given, then there is no need to charge from passengers. I am totally unsatisfied with the service provided and will not recommend it to anyone.
