Last month I booked online ticket from banglore to mumbai snd back. After the payment was done I didnot receive any confirmation, so called up the customer care.
The executive told me that my transaction was not there but in sctual there was a ticket generated, but he told me lies and confirmed me that my amount will be refunded.
So on the next day I did my booking again snd to my surprise I received two confirmations in a span of one minute, of the same flight with two different PNR numbers and double money was cut out from bank account. This happened because of the lie of customer care and system problem. When I brought out this issue to customer care they didnot help me and I lost around 16, 000/- rupees. Very bad airline. plz don't opt for it.
