I bought this phone more because nothing else appealed to me. I dont trust LG, SAMSUNG - I heard the battery life is poor and nokia only had the age old models.
I actually kept the phone next to 6235 and 6275 and picked it up. the good points first -looks great. super value for money. good loudspeaker. huge phone book. comes with 512 mb card. can keep 5 alarms. can use both gsm and cdma at one time. audio not as good as nokia but bearable.
U have to strain your ears in the beginning bluetooth good enough. decent 1.3 mp camera. can record fm. comes with opera mini 3 (i still dont know how to use it) good organizer. extra battery is a boon. bad parts-handsfree cannot be used to take calls (u have to press answer on the handset) or end the calls. for every function- once the backlight goes off ;any button u press- first the backlight comes on and then you can select the function u want. an option is asked every time u press a button. cannot load anything over 80kb. can't open most mails
