Spice-RidiculousCo Pathetic Gurgaon service center. Review on Spice D-80

Very poor service. It was a long back incidence.but didn't get platform to write what this company and its official done with me.I simply brought SPICE phone in 2010, of same model to run GSM/CDMA features, but unfortunately authorized dealer sold me manufacturing defect handset .after 10 days it got faulty.and I gone to dealer.he told me to bring to service center, Once I gone there .They said come after one week.I said how will I received call .I have no separate phone  at that time, I was waiting for my phone from service center as I have no other option left.The repair guy had soldered its connection which was not a part of warranty.he blamed me that handset was fallen by you, so we done soldered on chipset. that repairing guy was illiterate .I wrote email to customer care for manufacture fault set.Regional manager of Gurgaon division .Mr Pankaj Aggarwal.had taken very liniently and didn't forward my request for replacement of handset.I visited there Noida Office .They didn't allow me to meet for purpose of rs 7, 000 handset.they refused me at their office.Itt was ridiculous behaviour by their staff members.They didn't react on my issue.Overall I had taken follow up with Gurgaon center for replacement but they don't have any person for same .I chased them for three months which make my handset out of warranty after three times repairs and chip solderred by them.they said just sold us for rs 500 only.and they laughed on my worst situation .and I cam eout with burst .I had shouted in their service center and thrown all standies and beaten their entry door so that other customer will also see this action of frustrated customer who was suffering from last 06 months.then service center incharge apologies for their fault.and I sols this hanset in local market for 1000rs.and took pledge that I will never every buy this ridiculous company handset and nor even recommending any person to buy this phone.this is worst company and worst service center .with poor support and lazy regional manager in all over Haryana.
