I bought Rimless Frames+ Varilux lense( VX CFT NE DL 1.5 CZ FUV) by Essilor from Gangar Eye Nation, Niharika Complex, Thane.The Total cost was Rs. 15000/- . They issued a certificate of Authenticity no. 222010090783 . Within a month both the lenses broke at the place where they were screwed or stuck to the Rimless Frame.
My wife went to inform Gangar Eyenation shop from where we had purchased and they said it is our fault and the lenses cannot be replaced. we will have to buy another pair.We also showed the Certificate of Authenticity which clearly states "This individual certificate guarantees the Quality and Authenticity of the Varilux Progressive Lenses that you have received .it also enables you to benefit from the total satisfaction guarantee " etc.etc .
I have stopped going to Gangar Eyenation because either their worksmanship is poor or Essilor lenses of which they are dealers are Bad. Either way it was a bad experience and a costly mistake on my part.
