Southall Travel sold me an airline ticket which didn't exist, then informed me that if I wanted the ticket still, I would have to pay over $200 extra. I said no and cancelled, as I cannot afford more money. Who sells someone a ticket that doesn't exist? They took the money out of my account immediately. They said that my refund of $700 would be back in my account within 72 hours.
It has been two weeks and my money has not been returned. I have phoned and emailed countless times and they just pass me off to someone else, who tells me lies about how they have put my money back. And yet-they have not. These are thieves who have stolen my money and I have no idea what to do. My next steps will be filing a complaint with ABTA (can only do so after two months), and taking them to small claims court.
How is this corrupt company allowed to stay in business?
