As a W580i user from past 6 months, I want to place some feebback so that other get to know about it.
*Gooddies:
*1. Very Great Look and Style.
Good Sound Quality.
Good Display and easy to use.
Battery back up is good.
*Baddies:
*1. Service centers are horrible for Sony in Hyderabad.
Delicate Piece.
Issue with Call/ Receive button, which failed for my phone and that caused me to chage the entire mother board, happy to say it is in warrenty and sad to say from past 12 days it is in the service center, resulting no mobile since 10 days and calling to the service centers all the day. I had given it to a service center named salora in Hyderabad at paradise center. It is a pathatic service center.
On the same day when my mobile was hospitalizedm there were totally 4 W580i mobiles in an hour 2 has the same problem as mine(Call key not working) and 2 has Display and Camera problem.
Camera is not god, my prior mobile was Sony K750i the camera is excellent but for W580i camera is good at day time out door snaps.
Battery/Head Phone socket is delicate need to be used very gently and carefully.
*Result:
*I am a great fan to W580i, it has awesome looks and msic, but I am a little busy guy and has no such time to Rome around service center all the time planning to change my mobile after it get fixed.
My suggestion is this is a good mobile for some one who love music and style and very bad a guys who are little busy with their office and work.
