You can not cheat customer for long neither interms of product not service. In case of SONY this has found to be proved. I am extremely dissatisfied and a huge sufferer by buying SONY BRAVIA.
Inspite of few negative reviews, I was in double mind to go for SONY or Not. I decided to go for it. And this was my biggest mistake in whatever buying I have done in my life. I got a Bravia that failed and inspite of approching Tamaga/Sony India/Sunil nayyar(CEO) I just got frustration, anxiety, and low confidence. They are totally hypocratic and SONY is absolultey fooling.its not the same name that it used to be. After lot of efforts I decided to go away with my hard earned money TV. My frineds told me SONY is worst in TV business unit. Visit following link and you will make your mind. Rest I dont have to say if you want to simply buy unhappiness buy SONY.
