I have ordered Creative SBS A335 Speakers worth 1875 from snapdeal.com on 22-10-2013. While ordering it has mentioned as the product will be dispatched in 4-5 business days but they didnt shipped. The estimated date to ship was mentioned as max of 28-10-2013 in the order history page. I waited till 28th and I called Snapdeal customer care on 29th to know when they will dispatch my shipping and they assured that it will be dispatched in a day but they didn't.


I even explained to them I need that very urgently and requested them. So on 1st Nov 2013 I called them and asked to cancel the order. They said that its with seller and they are waiting to dispatch it in courier. But said to them I have bought in Flipkart due to urgency and they can cancel it. They said they will take my request and will cancel it but they asked me to refuse to accept the delivery of product and then they will refund my paid money back to my account. Like this it went on with mails and calling to customer care but till now they have not refunded my money.


I am a customer to Snapdeal since its inception from 2009 and I am e commerce geek and has done online shopping in many sites and have reviewed them and I have seen good and worst scenarios.


But this is Snapdeal's worst ever pathetic service. They have spoiled there Brand name. As the competition is getting more and more in e commerce, most of the online shopping portals have started giving attractive offers, prompt response, high quality customer service and delighting them with surprises and offers. This is not good for snapdeal.

I couldn't see any shipment of this product yet. And also I have not received any shipment courier tracking details till now.


And already its more than 10days since I ordered it and I need this product for my immediate use so I have bought it in my nearby shop.


So refund my money ASAP and you can take care of your vendor about this product.

Hi,


I haven't received any product till now. You can check with your courier or do whatever I dont care.


Its already around 20 days and I want my money back to my account immediately.


I am a happy customer of Snapdeal till now bought many products till now.


If you are not going to take immediate action on this and give my money unnecessarily I have to complaint in consumer forums and in my social networking about snapdeal and I do have around 1000 friends in my network creating a bad impression about snapdeal.


I hope you wont lead me to such a worst situation.
