WORST PLACE TO BUY OR SELL! A fraud company. Review on Snapdeal

I first bought a watch from snapdeal and they were in no mood to deliver it even after almost a month from the date of shipment. I literally begged them that i'd come and pick it up from their local warehouse and finally got the watch. This was my first and last experience as a buyer on snapdeal.

I later started selling on snapdeal to experience the way things work here as a seller. And they disappointed me again. We sold may be 50-60 products over a month's period and we got almost 60% returns. 3-4 frauds out of which one expensive Intel i3 6100 processor was replaced with an old pentium processor and returned to us. We provided snapdeal with all the proofs needed(video while opening the return, pics etc) but they are not ready to reimburse for it because they believe that we have received the product as it is(suggesting that we have done the fraud). We have got opened seal and used products return for which they are not reimbursing anything even though their policies state that we are supposed to get upto 70% return for used products. But their justification is that buyer will obviously open the product, check it, use it and return it if he's not satisfied. BTW, we sell computer components and not clothes that they use, check and return. Computer components are as good as old and non resellable once the seal is broken. Buyers have returned products saying'functionality issue', for which we have provided job sheets from the respective service centers stating that the product is working completely fine, but they say'MAY BE THE BUYER DIN"T KNOW HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT' and so we won't we reimbursed.

PLEASE DO NOT SELL HERE! The returned products are total loss to you. I don't know why are investors even investing in such a fraud company.
