This is my first horrible experience with Snap Deal. I ordered a Sony mobile phone from snap deal and even after 8 days they have not dispatched my product and the reason they are giving me for non delivery of my order is: 2 days weekend holiday.
I am unable to understand what these people were doing before Saturday. Now they are saying they will dispatch my product on 8th day which will reach me probably on 13th or 14th day. Not at all acceptable from a well known online shopping site.
They should learn service from Flipkart.
