Placed order on 12th November and Snapdeal.com promised that the shipment would be delivered by 19th November. Now they changed the shipment date to 25th November.
When I try to contact the customer care through phone(they are charging for this) I am obliged to go through an infinite loop of IVR. I tried to contact using the email support. But, they are sending me the airway bill number instead of a genuine explanation or solution. I placed order for 12 parts for my assembled PC from
Snapdeal, Amazon and Flipkart. Flipkart and Amazon fulfilled their promise and delivered the product within the stipulated time(Before 19th Nov). But, Snapdeal haven't delivered the product yet and they are not even able to give a rational explanation for the delay. The biggest mistake I have done is trusting Snapdeal.com and placing prepaid-order.
Please do not do place prepaid orders in Snapdeal.com as there is no guarantee that they will deliver the product before the promised time. You can track the products using the details below.
