This is pravardh. I placed on 22nd, october order number 20143300826577 videocon a55 hd black very bad packing.


I ordered for videocon a55 hd black and made online payment rs 11, 400 but these snapdeal people send the white one which is cost 9200 on snapdeal website only and i ask for replacement for the first time after 7days due to successive emails they arrange.


For reverse pickup and i received the product again after 7days but these people sent the same product again and I ask for refund my amount but they did not responding yet bad support from snapdeal


My complaint number 12361445. Each time mail they use to replay as follows
