First the first time in my life and my bad fate, I ordered two books on snapdeal. The order was delivered on the 8th day, this is not a big issue. The issue is out of two books I ordered, one is supposed to be bulky, but snapdeal sent me a small old magazine instead of it. This magazine on its back cover contains the advertisement of the book I actually ordered.
I was surprised by this prank played by snapdeal because I was left with no choice. I sincerely suggest you not to go for any offers and waste your valuable time waiting for receiving a wrong product and spending time getting the issue resolved.
I am waiting for the issue to get resolved. Otherwise I have to spend extra time in approaching consumer court (I do not know if it is a good idea but justice need to be done).
