I had ordered a Mee Mee Baby Walker from Snapdeal.com for Rs.1975/- on 19th November 2016 for my nephew as the product description says it has lock system for safety. I received the product on 24th November 2016 however when I receivedthe product it was without the lock system one and the seat was also too small so my nephew was not fitting in the seat comfortably.
Finally I decided to replace the product as it was not as described so I placed a return request on 29th November 2016. Firstly they told me to send mail regarding my concern and after that they will come and pick up the product from my place. On 3rd of December 2016 I received a call from Snapdeal and they ask me to ship the product from my end and they will refund the shipping charges. I went to the logistic office and they said it will cost Rs.1000/- to ship the item.
After that I had tried calling them hundred of times but the call hardly get connected. I went through the call for just once or twice. Finally on 5th of December 2016 I informed them about the shipping charges and then they said they will send their pick-up guy and I have to Rs.450/- for the shipping which will be refundable.
After that I didn't get any response from them. I am totally regretting now that I have dealt with such a unprofessional company who don't value their customer money and time. Also their website is not that helpful and you will not find much information about the policies.
My last words for this company is that they are just cheating customers and not supporting them at all.
