I arranged a return for my BenQ XL2411Z due to dead pixels on the monitor. Snapdeal asked for a jobsheet, which I got from the BenQ engineer, and sent to Snapdeal.
The monitor was reverse picked up on December the 1st. Its now 10 December 2014 and I still haven't got my refund.
Their customer support hotline is useless, they say they've forwarded it to their team and that their team will get back to me, but they never do.
I've sent the bank account details to Snapdeal but they still haven't refunded me even after 9 days of returning the item.
