I had bought a product, Samsung  S4 Cover which was under a deal that with the cover you get a car charger, data cable and wall charger free. I received the parcel but only the cover. The additional accessories were missing. I immediately complain with the website who in turn said that someone will get back in 48 hours. After the same got over i had to again remind them and the same feedback was given.


Finally, I had to be angry at the service representative who in turn replied that the supplier does not have the mentioned accessory and that he is sorry for it. I felt cheated and hence demanded my money back but with confirmation from their end. I waited and waited and today again called them. When the same reply came I lost my cool. But it does not matter to them, they said its not us who sell you, only our platform is being used.


So we are not responsible for anything and we shall try to solve your problem and again asked me to wait for 48 hours. I suggest the please no body should buy from Snapdeal as not only they dupe you, they`ll also care about you.
