I placed Snapdeal order 3193880959 on Tuesday, 14-Oct-2014, which had following two items to be delivered as part of it.
1) Nike Air Court Ballistec 4.1 White & Grey Tennis Shoes(size 11).
2) Nike Air Court Ballistec 4.1 White & Grey Tennis Shoes(size 7) I received Size-11 shoe product but NEVER RECEIVED Size-7 shoe product.
I reached out to Snapdeal Customer Support(complaint number 11677472) and they are now saying that it has been delivered which is not correct and feels like they doing fraud. The issue is open for more than 2 months now.
Snapdeal has mentioned on their website about Guaranteed Resolution of Complaints within a maximum of 30 days otherwise full refund if not resolved.
Also they have mentioned to have 100% Money Back Guarantee if product is not delivered in 10 days after shipment.

Snapdeal has defaulted on both commitments, and I would like them to take immediate remedial actions and refund my full money immediately with an apology note without which I'll be forced to take legal action.
I have given them one last chance to resolve this issue before I take legal action against them.
Snapdeal is pathetic with poor quality service and support!
