I have order a product from snapdeal on: 2015-09-13 order number 8419175658 where Estimated Delivery: 17 Sep, 2015 - 20 Sep, 2015. When product not dispatched till 18 Sep in logged the complaint # 07282265. As response to this complaint snapdeal revert with comment “Please note that our team is working on this and the same issue will be resolved within 3 day”


Now its 24 Sep and I still not received my product, it’s in delivery city but courier company not mode any delivery attempted yet. So I call snapdeal support and now really frustrated to see their response “We are investigating your concern and will resolve within 6-7 days.”


6-7 days more. is it joke? You already delayed the product by 7 days and now telling me you need 7 more days.


I faced same issue with my pervious order 7136251310 where it was reached at destination city and after 10-15 days received message that due to some issue we cannot deliver the product and they cancelled my order.


Snapdeal if you are not able to server the customer and why to take order. Choose you delivery partner carefully as its damaging your image. This is my last order and I will never order anything from snapdeal.
