Not a good site :-(. Review on Snapdeal

Snapdeal Not a good idea to shop online from snapdeal.com, this is my personal experince. There was this offer on snapdeal of sharing the app and get Rs 50 in your SD cash. Maximum number to whom we can share the app was 10, so I got Rs 500/- in my SD cash. I was so happy! I searched a lot to order cosmetics, but then it included delivery charges, so I scrapped that idea. Then I decided to order a top of a very good brand. It's actual price was some 1400 but it had some 30% off.

So actually I was going to get that top in a very low price plus I had Rs 500 in my SD cash. Altogether I had to pay an extra Rs of approximately 300/-. After ordering I got the delivery within next 7 days, a too long though. The size was small for me so I applied for an exchange. The next order which came after 7 days, I was irritated to see the same size which I wanted to exchange. Then again I called their customer care, she apologized and assured to replace my product.

After 1 week I got a mail from them saying your order has been cancelled due to some technical issue. Again I called them and I was told that I cannot get my order. I mean common, after waiting for neary whole month, you get to hear that you cannot get that top due to some technical mistake! What was my fault? If they did not had the stocks, they should have mentioned before. And on the top of all this, for 1 single order you get so many messages, mails that you get confuse.
