My name is imran khan and I am a student The floor supervisors are equally crap and no different from the normal customer care.Now they changed their versions and asking me to repack both the sarees in 2 different packages and send them manually.


I mentioned I do not have another cover because it was the way I received both of them together under a single cover.But they keep arguing.I showed them the PROOF of SINGLE TRACKING NUMBER, INVOICE, EMAIL etc to prove that I received only 1 package and cannot keep repacking.The so called "FLOOR SUPERVISOR ROHIT" asked me to go out and purchase the bubble wraps etc and repack the things and send.I clearly mentioned that I cannot do that stuff again and again according to their demand and it was their mistake then to send in a single package.


Now he said "Ok Send the Package we will return only for one SAREE", Seriously SNAPDEAL is the WORST, CRAP and Comes with UNFAIR PRACTICES".They are ROBBING customers in day light.I emailed to CEO mail but no response.Seems SNAPDEAL works this way by ROBBING CUSTOMERS.This will be our final transaction with SNAPDEAL.Its our mistake to Shop on SNAPDEAL
