Nightmare with snapdeal after ordering a TVS keybo. Review on Snapdeal

Pls DO NOT shop for any electron8c item on snap deal. I wrongly ordered a keyboard with ps2 port intead of usb. this is how my exp with cust service goes:

1. app has a help centre link whic does npt accept an issue like this. I was forced to report a damaged item to get attention.

   
   




2. IVR has no option to contact agent. but by dialing 9 we can connect which is sometbing we have to guess but not told to us.

   
   




3. the help centre in app does not assure any response. we had to call cust serv for 15 days repeatedly tell them to replace product with correct config that is usb port.

   
   




4. Snapdeal refused to accept the explanation. they said that u told damaged product. we test and we replace otherwise we send it back. they tested the product and sent the same item back.

   
   




5. No Refund and no replacement g8ven with correct config.

   
   




6. I AM STUCK with a keyboard which does not work with my pc.

   
   

I will never shop on snap deal again. shame on such pathetic supoort. pls learn from amazon.
