Still no reponse.
I have ordered many times in snapdeal but all costing less than Rs/-1000 but very recently I have ordered a Printer from Snapdeal falling for their Diwali offers and paid Rs/-5737 for the printer still no info on the shipment.
They have changed the vendor and placed the order to some other vendor and the shipping date is changed thrice till now.
Now reading all the reviews I am skeptical whether I will receive the product or need to cancel my order. This is very pathetic and very disappointing service/response from Snapdeal.com. ACTUALLY I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AFTER 22 DAYS OF ORDERING THAT IS 10TH NOVEMBER.
And this time they have lived upto my expectations the scanner glass is broken and if I call them to complain they don't respond and you know now I lost hope on this website and even sending back the product is also waste and useless as they will drag and I don't expect any more from these guys. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS so please beware of this fraud website for giving this much pain
