One of the best online shopping platform in India. Why I say so is not because they have huge collection of products(of course they have) but because of their ability to understand their customer.
Let me share one of my case. In 2014 I bought Corsair SMPS 650, shipping was quick but upon receive the product was faulty. Contacted Snapdeal and immediately they arranged return(FREE) and the courier picked up door step. Received replacement after short days, unluckily it was faulty again. Again I have contacted them and they arranged reverse pick up for free. This time I asked for money back and they gave money back without a question.
They give unbeatable offers and discounts(most of the time) and have outstanding stretch of products to buy for.
