I had ordered 2 Nescafe Gold Bottles and a Ponds Day and Night Cream Combo. The Delivery of coffee is made with one of the glass bottles completely shattered and they refuse to take return stating that this is against the return policy, in a way telling me that we sell coffee in smashed bottles and you have to accept it, as we are helpless. Then they deliver the Ponds Day and Night cream combos with 2 Day creams and one of the boxes not even sealed. Beware Customers before you even think of ordering through them, atleast the likes of Flipkart, Big Basket and Jabong are way ahead of these guys when it comes to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. At least I have perhaps placed the last order through this company and now shall make sure my voice is heard so that other customers are not made to go through the same ordeal. Just for your reference the order ID is 16142297276 for both the products. Just to add, their call center is all IVR and FAQ, no personalized interaction, and the agent I got through after 30 min of waiting and perhaps 20 calls was absolutely helpless and un empowered.
