I ordered a Cambridge phono pre-amplifier, which was listed on their site. They were supposed to send within a week. After a week they sent me an email about the delay and told if they are not able to ship within next 3 days they will cancel the order.
I replied to them that I can wait for some more time and I require this product as I had already purchased a turntable and lp records and without Snapdeal delivering their order the other item I had purchased will be useless for me. They never replied to my email and after 5 days they send me a mail that they do not want me to wait further and cancelled the order. Who are they to decide if I can wait or not in-spite of me telling them that I can wait? Why do they list a product which they do not have in stock or cannot deliver them?
Useless site.
