I ordered a pair of earphones on Snapdeal as part of recent Unbox Diwali Sale . I am trying to return the product but Snapdeal is not agreeing and saying that their policy does not allow for returns.
So be careful customers, they are not mentioning this unlike Amazon which very clearly mentions that the product is returnable.
They are saying that under Buy now - this is mentioned. But this is a separate link and unless you click on this - you do not know that the product cannot be returned.
So be careful . AVOID SNAPDEAL AT ALL COSTS.
