Snapdeal Customer Support Request #2134343: Order Id# 959941761- EMI not converted!


I had ordered the laptop via ICICI credit card on 6 months EMI option on April 24th, 2013 and I was told that I will be charged 6999 INR in the next statement although the full amount of 41999 INR was charged at the time of online payment.


On May 17th, 2013 I received my statement and I saw the full amount being charged and that means I have to pay the full money according to the statement. I contacted my bank for the same and I was told that no details/instructions are received from Sanpdeal regarding the EMI and I need to contact Snapdeal first. What is happening? Why do I have to pay the whole amount when I had opted for EMI.


Despite contacting Snapdeal Cutomer care numerous times, my problem isn’t resolved yet. I am just being told to wait for 24-48 hrs as "the accounts team is still working on it". Well how long should it take?


Come on, either don’t have such schemes or have them if you are able to execute without any lapses. Now I have to everyday deal with my bank as well as Snapdeal for settling the issue. This is really upsetting. Please, try to get it resolved asap. I am really losing my patience and trust from your services now.


No responses despite dropping in e-mails.


Have even mailed to the CEO, let’s see if he replies!


Please look into the matter and resolve asap.


I would have recommended Snapdeal to my friends, if this would not have happened, coz I haven't had major problems before while shopping from Snapdeal.
