I bought twice from them items valued less than Rs.1000/-, both were delivered on time and as promised. Feeling confident I ordered Huawei P7 mobile for Rs 23276/-(cash on delivery) on 22/12/14, order no. 4068248008.
The phone was supposed to be delivered latest by 31/12/14. I wanted to gift it to my daughter on new years eve. After many complaints to them and their courier service delivery for the inordinate delay it finally arrived on 6/1/15. I was sort of relieved. But to my horror when I opened the packet it contained a piece of rock and a soap bar. The ordeal is nothing short of a nightmare.
I hope they will appreciate the misery I have gone through and do something immediately to rebuild the SNAPPED trust.
